Your sessions stay in your browser.
Vibodoro has no accounts and no server holding your data. Everything it remembers about your timer, your rooms and your streaks is stored in your own browser. Visits are counted without cookies, and anything beyond that is asked for first.
What is stored
Kept in your browser, nowhere else.
- Timer settings
- Focus, short break, long break, and sessions per cycle.
- Your chosen vibe
- So the room you picked is still there next time.
- Session history
- Completed sessions, daily focus time, and streaks, kept to the most recent 1000 records.
- Audio preferences
- Volume, shuffle, repeat, and which ambient loops you had running per vibe.
- Your current task line
- The one sentence you wrote above the timer.
- Your analytics answer
- Whether you said yes or no to the question below.
All of it lives in your browser's local storage. There is no account to create, and none of it is sent anywhere — which also means there is nothing for us to look up, export or delete on your behalf. Clearing site data for this domain in your browser removes every one of those entries.
What we measure
Two different things, asked for differently.
- Counting visits, for everyone
- Cloudflare Web Analytics records that a page was opened, which page, the site you arrived from, your country, and roughly how fast the page loaded. It sets no cookies, reads nothing from your browser storage, and cannot follow you to another site. That is why it needs no permission and has no off switch here.
- Google Analytics, only if you agree
- If you say yes, Google Analytics loads and reports which features get used: starting and finishing a focus session, switching rooms, playing music, turning on an ambient loop, opening settings. It sets its own cookies and receives your IP address, which we ask it to truncate. If you say no, the script is never fetched at all, so there is nothing to opt out of afterwards.
Neither one is told what you typed in your task line, and neither receives your session history. Your answer applies to this browser, and you can change it here at any time.

Where the music comes from.
Every focus track and ambient loop in Vibodoro comes from Pixabay and is used under the Pixabay Content License. Each track credits its artist in the player. The files are served from our own content delivery network, so playing them does not hand your visit to a third party. If you are an artist whose work appears here and you would like it removed, write to us and it will be taken down.
